To sustain our strategic human development initiative, we have selected Civil Engineering Department of four Universities namely:- Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, University of Nigeria, Nsukka, University of Benin, Benin City and Covenant University Otta to anchor our plan for a stream of trainable Graduates to service the construction industry generally and our operations in particular. The arrangement is to expose their Best 3 student at 400 levels annually to modern construction methods and Systems, using our high profile projects.

QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAMME / QUALITY CONTROL

  1. PAUL-B NIGERIA PLC. has a well articulated quality assurance policy and is in the process of being assessed and accredited for compliance with BS 5750 or ISO 9000 series.
  2. The company's quality policy and manual complies with the requirements 0f BS 5750 or ISO 9000 series.
  3. PAUL-B NIGERIA PLC's quality assurance policy is hinged on clear technical specification for materials and workmanship that incorporates the requisite British Standard and Codes of Practice. Quality Control is ensured through structured and meticulous supervision along with cognate laboratory testing procedures manned by well trained personnel. All sub-contractors whether domestic or nominated are issued with the company's quality assurance manual indicating material specification and workmanship expectations. Trades foremen are drafted to supervise the various trade sub-contractors under the direction of the general foreman who reports to the Project Engineer / Manager.
